At Purpose-Driven Academy, we know that each individual’s unique purpose plays a crucial role in shaping innovative and forward-thinking organizations.

This is why in 2021 Luca Leonardini founded the Purpose-Driven Academy to contribute to today’s lack of purpose in business and life.

Luca is a Business Innovation Architect, an Innovation Coach, a Certified Consultant, Trainer, a board member, and visiting lecturer at different Italian Universities.
