The "Purpose Impact Lab" is a series of customized workshops designed for entrepreneurs and executives seeking to explore purpose and organizational culture as competitive advantages and strategic drivers for innovation and scalable growth.
The benefits are manifold: each group will generate and present innovative ideas by the end of the process. Participants will also gain valuable skills in visual thinking and experience a collaborative and innovative working method together.

The “DESIGN THE FUTURE” is a series of workshops that can be run in person or alternatively in remote mode.
The workshops are designed for groups between 6 (minimum) and 14 (maximum) participants per company.

Practical/Operational Level:
Creating a comprehensive set of deliverables as a starting point (PDBC, Manifesto, BMC, VPC)
